You may make your rental payment by mail or in person Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at:

Swartz Properties now offers our tenants the option to pay montly rent online.

In order to pay your Swartz Properties rent online, you must meet the following requirements:

1. You must have a current, valid, active email address.
   
   You will use this e-mail address to retrieve your log-in information and verification reciepts for any future payments.
   
   
2. Your account must be activated Swartz Properties.
   
   Please call 217-877-8703 during operating hours.
   Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

   *Please allow up to 72 hours response time if submitting request by email.
