- Note: Your Online Payment Account can be set up by phone by calling Swartz Properties at (217-877-8703) or by clicking on this link and sending an email requesting an Online Payment Account activation. (Please include your name, your phone number and the address of your Swartz Properties rental unit when making an online request.)
